all about me

My name is Katrina Ann Majer.. I am 41 years young.. I go by mom, mommy, momma, Katrina, Trina, Kat, Aunt Treenie..  you could also point and I’d probably answer you.. lol

I am a mom to 3 boys.. All act too old then they actually are.. LOL They are all so boys, they know EVERYTHING. Just tell them to do something that they need to do, or something they should be doing, and they will tell you, ‘I KNOW!. LOL and they like everything groase, and I mean the things that make you go ewwww..lol  The bugs, broken bones, fights, bikes, scooters, skateboards,video games, IPods, cell phones,  and more.. oh the joys of having 3 boys.. LOL

I was blessed with my first Grandchild. I have a beautiful granddaughter little Miss Natalie Rose. ❤ She was born a day before my birthday. Best present EVER! 😉 I love her with all my heart. I’m so looking forward to my adventure as a grandparent! ❤

I am married to the most wonderful man in the world Scott!  We met at KMart 17 years ago where we both once worked..The first time I saw him I was so ‘wow’d. I got the tinglys in the belly and every time he’d smile at me, my heart did flips and raced like crazy.. I told my sister I was going to marry him one day when he walked by..We were talking how he had a nice butt! (True story) lol and well…. here we are 16 years later, married since November 20, 1999, and still in as much love with each other as we were when we first met.. When he walks into a room, I still get the tingly’s. 😉
He is my life, my best friend, and he is my soul mate.. He has stuck with me through all the ups and downs in my life. The good and bad, and the thick and thins.. He’s stayed by my side.
I am truly blessed to have him in my life.. I love him with all my heart..Thank you babe for all you do! ❤

I have 2 fur babies..  My 7 yr old Black cat Piper with big bright green eyes.
We also have a Choclate Lab named Opie… Oh.. what a pisser he is.. He always does something silly to make us laugh. they way he Gallops through the house squeaking his toy while he runs, or to the way he plays hide n seek with Andrew. He is a hand full. but all the same, couldn’t imagine my life without him. 🙂
We have 2 Hermit crabs,  and we have some fishies too..

I was diagnosed with RRMS <Remitting Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis> in May of 2001.
I have my good days, and my not so good days.. I don’t let this disease get the best of me.. I have managed to life with it med free (by choice) for over 5 years.. I thought I was doing ‘ok’ until my recent exacerbation. it was not a good one, and it really scared me and my family.. My recent Exacerbation lasted for 20 days. I am over it now, and back to living with my everyday MS symptoms.. I feel good..   I am now taking Copaxone, ( a daily injection) to better my future of living with MS.. I am adjusting to this, and doing very well so far..  I am blessed to have Scott do my daily shots. I have a hard time doing them and I usually bruise myself. He does really good with it, only because he likes to inflict the pain on me innocently.. LOL Thanks Babe! xoxo
Of course I have my not so good moments, and the pain is so intense, I ask Scott  just  to take me out back and shoot me! 😉 lol
It’s very hard sometimes trying to ‘hide’ what it does to me, sometimes, I just give in to the pain.. It consumes me.. I usually Crash hard, and then I have no choice but to take it easy and get some rest.. I would love just to ignore the fact I have MS, but latley I have learned it’s not best to always ignore the signs you’re doing too much..   So, with that said, I try my hardest to get  through it and live my life the best I can.. Living with this Disease, I think I am entitled to have some bad days..  just sayin…

I am a bit of a hermit, and tend to stay home alot.. Only venture out to family gatherings or food shopping.. Since being diagnosed with MS, I don’t like to be out .. I’d rather be home, sheltered from the cruel stares..

I love to read books, make jewlery, do handmade cards, crafts and play on the computer.. nothing exciting really.. lol
